This website is operated by Aescent Private Care, a d/b/a of Aescent Clinical Solutions, LLC, a licensed Home and Community Support Services Agency in Texas (License No. 025236), based in Sugar Land, Texas. You can reach us any time at info@acsprivatecare.com or 713-489-7249.
When you fill out our contact or "Request Care" form, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, your relationship to the person who needs care, and a short description of the situation. We use it for one purpose: to call you back and talk through how we can help. Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and delivered to us by email at info@acsprivatecare.com. We don't use this information for advertising.
If you use the ZIP-code checker and your area is outside our service area, you can choose to join a waitlist by leaving your contact information. We use it only to let you know if and when we're able to serve your area. You're never added to a list without entering it yourself.
If you're a healthcare professional or advisor using our referral form, we collect your name, organization, callback number, and how we can help, so we can follow up by phone. We ask that you not include patient names or medical details in that form — we gather what's needed on a secure call.
With your permission, we use analytics cookies to understand how people use the site so we can improve it — for example, which pages are visited and how visitors find us. You can decline analytics cookies using the banner when you first visit, and the site works exactly the same either way. Essential cookies needed to make the site function are always on.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the site (such as Netlify, which hosts the site and processes form submissions) and only to the extent needed to do that work.
You can ask us to delete the information you've submitted at any time. Just email info@acsprivatecare.com and we'll take care of it.
